Our Commitment to Quality
Every single jewelry piece that we create for you is inspected to ensure it is made with quality. However, in the very rare occasion, if you happen to receive a jewelry piece that is damaged or faulty, please email us with a picture of the product upon receipt and we will happily replace it for you.
Please note that natural variances in gemstones are not considered an item fault. Each individual gemstone is unique, making your jewelry piece so special.
Feel Free to Change your Mind
We are glad to offer you the option to return or exchange your jewelry piece. Please contact us via email if you would like to return or exchange an item. Please return your item within 30 days of purchase in the same unused condition as you received it.
Your Refund Amount from Us
Once we have received the item that you wanted to return or exchange, we will notify you regarding the refund amount. Any refund amount will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take a few days for your payment provider to process the refund amount and show it on your account. If you have any questions regarding your refund amount, please contact us via email.
In the very rare occasion that you happen to receive a jewelry piece that is damaged or faulty, we will send a replacement item with complementary tracked shipping.
For items that you would like to return or exchange, we unfortunately cannot cover the return shipping. You will be responsible for organising and paying for the return shipment of the item back to us. If you are shipping an item / items with a purchase price in excess of €50, please consider using a trackable shipping option that includes shipping insurance. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
